Section 6

SEC. 6. Administrative districts.&mdashThe City Council may, by ordinance, divide the city into districts for all administrative and other municipal purposes, including the description of property. Such districts as may have been established by law in the city on or before the date on which this Charter shall take effect shall remain in existence until changed or abolished by law or by ordinance.
