Modification of prior laws.

Section 27

SEC. 27. Modification of prior laws.—All the provisions embodied in Rules ninety-three to ninety-eight inclusive, of the Rules of Court, dealing with general guardians and guardianships, so far as they are not in conflict with the provisions hereof, shall apply to proceedings under this Act.
