Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on the next regular election for provincial and city officials. All provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred and twenty-six as amended, known as the Charter of the City of Bacolod, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed. Approved, June 18, 1949.
