Executive Officer of the Board.

Section 6

SEC. 6. Executive Officer of the Board.—The Commissioner of Civil Service shall be the Executive Officer of the Board, shall conduct the examination given by the Board and shall designate any subordinate officer of the Board. All examination papers, minutes of deliberations of the Board shall be under the custody of the Secretary of the Board of Examiners.
