Section 10

SEC. 10. Inhibition against the practice of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering.—Unless exempt from registration, no person shall practice or offer to practice air conditioning and refrigeration engineer in the Philippines, without having previously obtained a certificate of registration from the Board of Examiners for Air Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers.
