Exemption.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Exemption.—Registration shall not be required of the following classes of persons: Engineering students, apprentices and others employed or acting as subordinates of a person holding a valid certificate of registration under this Act. Any person practicing refrigerating and/or air conditioning engineering in any works, project or plant of less than ten tons refrigeration capacity or less than five tons ice-making capacity.
