Removal of Board Members.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Removal of Board Members. — The President through his Executive Secretary may remove any, member of the Board for continued neglect of duty or incompetency, or for unethical conduct, after having given the member concerned an opportunity to defend himself in a proper administrative investigation.
