Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred ninety-two is amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to the Ma-ao Sugar Central Co., Inc., its successors or assigns, a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate in the Philippines, at such places as the grantee may select, particularly in the City of Manila and in the Province of Occidental Negros, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, private fixed point-to-point, private coastal and private land mobile and land-based radio stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radiotelegraphy or radio telephony, each station so established to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus and radio receiving apparatus."
