SEC. 3. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act granting to the Ma-ao Sugar Central Co., Inc., a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point, private coastal and private land mobile and land-based radio stations in the Philippines for the reception and transmission of radio communication to and from said stations."
