Section 12

SEC. 12. The sum of five-hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act. Thereafter, the necessary funds shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
