Change of government.

Section 101

SEC. 101. Change of government.—The city government provided for in this charter shall be organized upon the effectivity of this Act. All assets and liabilities of the Municipality of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol, shall pass to the new city upon its organization. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or other regulations of the city on the date of the effectivity of this Act shall continue to be in full force and effect until repealed, modified or superseded by the City Board by ordinances.
