Participation of voters in provincial elections.

Section 102

SEC. 102. Participation of voters in provincial elections.—The qualified voters of the City of Tagbilaran shall be entitled to vote in any election for the offices of the Provincial Governor, Vice-Governor, and Members of the Provincial Board of the Province of Bohol, and that any of such qualified voters can be a candidate for any provincial office.
