Appropriation.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Appropriation.—The sum of three hundred seventy thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said fish sanctuary during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter such sums as may be necessary for the same purposes shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
