SEC. 3. The administrative head of the Department of Justice Library, which shall remain under the direction and supervision of the Chief Legal Counsel, shall be known as the Department Librarian and shall receive an annual salary of nine thousand six hundred pesos. The library personnel and their annual salaries shall be as follows: (a) One supervising legal researcher at eight thou sand four hundred pesos; (b) One executive assistant at seven thousand two hundred pesos; (c) One researcher at six thousand pesos; (d) One research library assistant at six thousand pesos; (e) One librarian at five thousand four hundred pesos; (f) One supervising clerk at four thousand eight hundred pesos; (g) Three senior clerks at three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos; and (h) One stenographer at three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos.
