Section 6

SEC. 6. For all the insurance benefits provided under this Act, the national government of the Republic of the Philippines shall pay an annual premium to the Government Service Insurance System the sum of fifteen pesos for every barrio captain and the sum of ten pesos for every councilman: Provided, That any failure or delay in the payment of such premiums shall not in any way prejudice the efficacy and enforceability of the insurance benefits herein set forth.
