Release of Other Funds.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Release of Other Funds.—Within ten days after the end of each month, the share of provinces and cities from the gross receipts of sweepstakes, horse races and lotteries, as provided in Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, shall be released to the provincial and city treasurers. It shall be unlawful for any public officer or employee concerned to withhold, or cause the withholding of any fund apportionable under this section.
