Application to firms or corporations.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Application to firms or corporations.—A firm, co-partnership, corporation, or association, may engage in the practice of sugar technology in the Philippines: Provided, That such practice is carried on by sugar technologists in their employ having valid certificates of registration issued by the Board. In case of a firm, co-partnership, corporation, or association, the manager, administrator or the person who has charge of the management or administration of the business shall be held personally liable for any violation of any provision of this Act.
