Section 1
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section twenty-eight of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred thirty-seven, otherwise known as the "Revised Charter of Quezon City," as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 28. The City Fiscal, kin assistants, his duties.— There shall be a city fiscal who shall be the chief of the law department of the city, a first assistant city fiscal who shall be the assistant chief, a second assistant city fiscal, two third assistant city fiscals, five fourth assistant city fiscals, five fifth assistant city fiscals, seven sixth assistant city fiscals, and six seventh assistant city fiscals, who shall discharge their duties under the general supervision of the Secretary of Justice. The city fiscal, who shall have the rank and the privileges of a judge of a Court of First Instance, shall be the chief legal adviser of the city and all offices and departments thereof and shall have the following general powers and duties:"
