SEC. 11. The grantee shall file a bond in the amount of twenty-five thousand pesos to guarantee faithful compliance and performance of grantee's obligations hereunder. If, after two years from the date of approval of this Act the grantee shall have fulfilled said obligations, or as soon thereafter as the grantee shall have fulfilled the same, the aforesaid bond shall be cancelled by the Government.
