Section 83
SEC. 83. Revision of contracts in connection with resale of lots.-All contracts made and existing at the time of the approval of this Act in connection with the resale of the lots herein mentioned shall be revised and readjusted to conform with the conditions set forth in the proviso of the preceding section and any additional conditions prescribed by the City Council, in so far as they are favorable to the purchasers of said lots. All rents paid by the bona fide tenants or occupants to the National Government at the time of approval of this Act shall be credited in their favor as part of the purchase price the respective lots.
