Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand two hundred and seventy-two is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The present Zamboanga Normal School located in Zamboanga City, Philippines, is hereby converted into Zamboanga State College offering four-year and five-year courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science in Education, Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts in Education, Master of Education, and such other courses with their corresponding degrees in Education, Science, Arts, and Letters on the graduate and undergraduate levels, as are deemed useful and necessary to realize the purposes of the College."
