Section 3

SEC. 3. Subparagraph (b) of Section five of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "(b) To confer the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science in Education, Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts in Education, Master of Education, and such other degrees in Education, Science and Letters as may be offered hereafter to successful candidates for graduation."
