Change of Government.

Section 93

SEC. 93. Change of Government.—The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines: Provided, That the incumbent Mayor and vice-mayor of the Municipality of Batangas shall continue to hold office, and the present members of the Municipal Board shall likewise continue to hold office until the City Mayor, vice-mayor and the councilors provided for in this Act shall have been elected in the next regular election for provincial and municipal officials and shall have qualified.
