Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand two hundred and thirty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The present Philippine School of Arts and Trades located in the City of Manila, Philippines, is hereby converted into the Philippine College of Arts and Trades which shall offer courses in arts, industrial education and technology leading to baccalaureate and graduate degrees."
