Section 2

SEC. 2. Section two of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The purpose of the said College shall be to provide higher vocational, professional, and technical instruction and training in trade and industrial education and in arts and technology; and for special purposes, promote research, advance studies, and progressive leadership in the field of trade, technical, and industrial education and in arts and technology."
