Conversion.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Conversion.—The Bicol Teachers College, the Daraga Central Elementary School, the Albay Provincial High School, the Bicol Regional School of Arts and Trades, the Roxas Memorial Agricultural Sehool, and the School of Fisheries at Tabaco, Albay, are hereby converted into appropriate or other units of the University. The Board of Regents may reorganize them as provided for in Section 6 (e) hereof.
