Duration of the Fund.

Section 5

SEC. 5. Duration of the Fund.—The Fund herein created shall continue to be in full force and effect until sooner repealed by Congress: Provided, That no sums shall be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act out of the general fund starting July 1, 1970, for operational expenses of the Sugar Quota Administration as long as the Fund is in full force and effect.
