Application of the Civil Service Law.

Section 6

SEC. 6. Application of the Civil Service Law.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed as exempting the Sugar Quota Administration from the Civil Service Law, rules and regulations including the security of tenure of its personnel or the propriety of any personnel action: provided, That the Sugar Quota Administration shall not be covered by the provisions of the rules and regulations of the Wage and Position Classification Office.
