Section 80

SEC. 80. Assistant and employees.—To assist the city engineer in the discharge of his official duties, there shall be an assistant city engineer, with a salary as provided for in Republic Act Numbered Four thousand four hundred seventy-seven, and other employees as are from time to time provided in appropriation ordinances.
