Section 19

SEC. 19. Appointment and removal of officials and employees.&mdashThe appointment of all officials and employees in the city shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred eighty-five, otherwise known as the Decentralization Act of Nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Their suspension or removal shall likewise be governed by existing laws.
