Section 21

SEC. 21. The General Auditing Officer.&mdashThe Auditor General shall receive and audit all accounts of the city in accordance with the provisions of law relating to government accounts and accounting. The provincial auditor of the Province of Tarlac shall at the same time be ex-officio city auditor.
