SEC. 3. Financial Sources of the Account.-The Account shall be constituted out of all the revenue collected from the following sources:
The tax on stock transactions imposed under Section four hereof; and
An additional tax on travel as imposed under Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and seventy-eight, as amended, imposed under Section six hereof.
