Applicability of Civil Service Law.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Applicability of Civil Service Law. — Appointments to, suspension and removal from the Corporation except those pertaining to positions which the President of the Philippines may, upon recommendation of the Board, declare as policy determining, primarily confidential or highly technical in nature, shall be made only in accordance with the Civil Service Law, and rules and regulations; Provided, however, That the provisions of the WAPCO Law shall not apply to appointments made under this Act.
