Conflict of Interests of the President of the Corporation.

Section 15

SEC. 15. Conflict of Interests of the President of the Corporation. — The President of the Corporation shall work on a full-time basis and shall limit his professional activities to those pertaining directly to his position with the Corporation and, accordingly, he may not accept any other employment, whether public or private, remunerated or gratuitous with the exception of appointments to academic positions.
