Section 19

SEC. 19. Any person who shall knowingly make any material false statement in any application required by this Act, or who shall connive at any false statement made in a certificate required to accompany said application, or who shall make any false material statement in any certificate to accompany said application, or who shall do any act prohibited by this Act, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand pesos, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
