SEC. 2. The third paragraph of section eleven of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 11. Constitution and organization of the Municipal Board-Compensation of Members thereof.-* * *. "The members of the Municipal Board who are not officials or employees of the Government shall receive fifteen pesos for each day of attendance of the session of the Board."
