SEC. 2. The new Municipality ot Tulay-na-Lupa shall be bounded on the north by Mabilo II, on the northeast by Iberica, on the east by Municipality of San Vicente, on the southeast by Municipality of San Vicente, on the south by the boundary of Camarines Sur, on the southeast by the boundary of Tagkawayan, Quezon, and on the west by Labo River.
