Section 5

SEC. 5. Responsibilities and Duties. – The municipal health infirmary shall have the following responsibilities and duties: Admit and extend first-aid treatment for emergency cases; Transfer or refer patients to better-equipped government or private hospitals when necessary as soon as such patients are out of immediate danger; and Provide basic health service to the people.
