SEC. 7. Equipment and Supplies. – The Department of Health shall. aside from drugs and medicines, provide each infirmary with the following equipment: Basic sets for abnormal maternal delivery; Minor surgical sets for suturing and repair of wounds; Transfusion or infusion sets; Microscope and laboratory sets for cross matching and typing, and identification of malarial and amoebic parasites; Opthalmoscopic and otoscopic sets for EENT cases; Trachetomy sets; Basic fracture set boards or metal frames for fractures; Intravenous sets; Ambo bags for respiratory resuscitation; and Local anesthetics or narcoleptics.
