Term of Office.

Section 10

SEC 10. Term of Office. – The members of the Cebu Port Commission shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years: Provided, That any person appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold office only for the unexpired term of the Commissioner whom he succeeds.
