Quorum, Per Diems and Allowances.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Quorum, Per Diems and Allowances. – Four (4) members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Unless otherwise fixed by the Commission, the Chairman and all the members shall each receive a per diem of Two thousand pesos (P2,000), exclusive of traveling expenses, for each day of meeting of the Commission, which shall not exceed four (4) meetings a month.
