SEC. 101. Role of Government Agencies. – The appropriate government agencies, under the leadership of the LGUs concerned, shall provide integrated services and information to prospective enterprises under the one-stop-shop concept. Local government units are authorized to undertake investment and marketing missions provided that the costs of such missions are borne by the LGUs concerned. In making their land use plans, the LGUs, in consultation with the appropriate government agencies concerned, shall identify areas for industrial parks. The Department shall coordinate with the Department of Trade and Industry, in particular, the Board of Investments, in the formulation of investment priorities for rural areas. The Regional Wage Boards shall consult participating enterprises in this program before they issue wage orders.
