Section 102

SEC. 102. Participating Enterprises. – Participating enterprises may request any government agency for training, technical and advisory services free of cost. A set of incentives shall be given to enterprises that subcontract part of their production to farmers, fisherfolks and landless workers during periods when they are not engaged in agricultural activities.
