Separability of Provisions.

Section 54

SEC. 54. Separability of Provisions. - If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared unconstitutional, the remainder of the Act or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstance shall not be affected by such declaration.
