Section 56

SEC. 56. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. FERNAN Speaker of the House of Representatives President of the Senate This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1255 and House Bill No. 6216, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on May 13, 1999 and May 10, 1999, respectively.
