Motion to vacate, modify or correct award: when made.

Section 26

SEC. 26. Motion to vacate, modify or correct award: when made.—Notice of a motion to vacate, modify or correct the award must be served upon the adverse party or his counsel within thirty days after the award is filed or delivered, as prescribed by law for the service upon an attorney in an action.
