Repealing clause.

Section 31

SEC. 31. Repealing clause.—The provisions of chapters one and two, Title XIV, Book IV, of the Civil Code shall remain in force. All other Jaws and parts of laws inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed. If any provision of this Act shall be held invalid the remainder shall not be affected thereby.
