Applicability of Laws.

Section 55

SEC. 55. Applicability of Laws. — The provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and other laws as are applicable to provinces shall govern the herein created province insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
