Incentive for Local Government Units.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Incentive for Local Government Units. — The Local government units shall endeavor to improve existing meat facilities to comply with national standards. The national government shall allocate funds as incentive equivalent to the funds available from local government units, for this purpose. CHAPTER IVSCOPE OF MEAT INSPECTION
