§ 104 — If there are 2 or more rights owners for a protected performance, whose authority is relevant

104. If a performance has 2 or more rights owners —(a)

a reference in this Act to the doing of an act in relation to the performance (or a recording of the performance) with the rights owner’s authority is a reference to the doing of the act with the authority of every rights owner; and

(b)

a reference in this Act to the doing of an act in relation to the performance (or a recording of the performance) without the rights owner’s authority is a reference to the doing of the act without the authority of every rights owner.
